Salary: £32-40K depending on candidate
Overview and primary duties:
The role sits within the Whalar Campaign Team and reports directly to the Campaign Director. The Team handles all areas of Whalar’s Managed and Self Service campaigns through the Whalar Platform.
This position requires an outgoing, dependable and detail-oriented person to manage campaigns conducted on the Whalar Platform. It will require the employee to take full ownership of the campaign process, as well as ongoing client relationships and relationships with the influencer community. More specifically, responsibilities include:
Initial interaction with the client to help finalise the brief.
Advising on strategy and creative execution for the campaigns .
Sourcing and engagement of influencers for campaigns according to the specific briefs.
Preparation of campaign performance reports and case studies.
Ownership of client relationship and taking initiative to follow up after the successful completion of a campaign.
Provide support to the Campaign Director and Business Development team as required, e.g. in pitching for new business.
Use experience gained managing campaigns to take ownership of the types of influencers required on the platform, and in turn, bringing them onboard.
Regular contact with Influencers to answer queries, chase for content, confirm and negotiate costs etc.
An inherent interest in the advertising industry, with a desire to keep up to date with news and trends and proliferate these to the wider team on a regular basis.
Ability to perform and oversee specific projects as assigned.
Ability to develop and plan ideas e.g. special events.
General office admin as required.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
Degree level educated
No less than 4 years of client facing experience
An entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude
The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently, pro-actively seek assignments, prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Google Apps, Word, Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote.
An avid user of Social media, particularly Instagram
