Job Title: Campaign Executive

Work Location: 71-79 Aldwych, London, UK

Salary: £22-25K

Overview and primary duties:

The role sits within the Whalar Campaign Team and reports directly to the Campaign Manager. The Team handles all areas of Whalar’s Managed and Self Service campaigns across a range of different verticals: fashion, food, music, tech, travel… The list goes on.

This position requires an outgoing, dependable and detail-oriented person to proactively assist the campaign team in executing projects.

The person will being across multiple work streams, including looking after the influencer community, handling direct brand requests and providing general support to the campaign team.

We also require:

  • An inherent interest in the advertising industry, with a desire to keep up to date with news and trends.

  • Ability to perform tasks as assigned.

  • General office admin as required.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • Degree level educated or equivalent work experience.

  • One year’s experience in a marketing or advertising role.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude.

  • An avid user of social media, particularly Instagram.

  • The ability to work independently, pro-actively seek assignments, prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Google Apps, Word, Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote.
